Set of 4 friction discs, enough for one complete mount. The friction discs on the MM100 and MM100LP monitor mounts are a wear and tear item that may need to be replaced over time. If your mount's friction discs are wearing down and preventing the mount from holding the desired position over time replacing them will allow the mount to work like new again.
