Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for refund within 10 calendar days of delivery. Additionally, we will accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Please note the following conditions regarding returned items:

• B-Stock items are sold 'As Is' and are not eligible for refund unless specifically agreed to by FSI before sale. B-Stock items may be exchanged within 30 calendar days of purchase for a store credit
• We rarely charge a restocking fee, but we reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee

The return policy is designed to allow you to evaluate an FSI product at minimal financial risk. To that end and to prevent abuse of the return policy you may only return 1 of each model type for refund. For example, you cannot purchase and return three of the same monitor model. With this in mind we strongly suggest that customers interested in evaluating an FSI monitor for multiple piece purchases start by purchasing a single unit for evaluation so they may return the unit for refund should it not be suitable for the application in question.

Refunds, store credits, and exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it(them).

You MUST obtain an RMA # from FSI before shipping your return product to FSI. Return shipments not accompanied by a valid RMA # will not be accepted or eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
