Warranty Information

All new Flanders Scientific (FSI) monitors come with a 2 year warranty, parts and labor, covering manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, care, or handling of the monitor or normal wear and tear associated with typical use. RMA shipping charges for items sent to FSI are the responsibility of the customer and all RMA shipments should be fully insured by the customer. Risk of loss and damage only transfer to FSI after receipt and inspection of your return shipment. FSI will ship warrantable repairs back to you at our cost and reciprocate the shipping priority used by you to send the unit in for repair (e.g. if you send in a unit for repair using ground service we will return it using ground service, if you use overnight we will send it back to you using overnight service).

Flanders Scientific (FSI) will make every reasonable effort to repair products covered under warranty. However, if a product is deemed irreparable—due to factors including, but not limited to, the unavailability of replacement parts—FSI reserves the right to offer a pro-rated credit toward the purchase of a replacement unit. The value of this credit will be determined based on the remaining warranty period and the condition of the returned equipment at the time of evaluation.
